WATERFORD IRELAND, 9th June 2026 – Klearcom is celebrating a double success at the 2026 Operational Excellence Awards, after securing two major honours at this year’s event.

The company was named winner of Operational Excellence in ICT, Media and Telecoms, while Klearcom Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer Mark Rohan was awarded COO of the Year.

The awards recognise Klearcom’s continued focus on innovation, reliability, and operational excellence in voice testing. The company works with leading global brands, including Visa and Pfizer, helping enterprise teams test, monitor, and optimise critical voice journeys across international markets.

Klearcom’s voice testing platform enables organizations to identify issues faster, improve customer experience, and ensure their IVR and contact center systems perform reliably at scale. The company currently supports voice testing across more than 100 countries.

The Operational Excellence in ICT, Media and Telecoms award was collected on the night by Adam Daniels and Andrew Burke on behalf of Klearcom’s wider Client Operations team, led by Head of Client Operations Christine Ramsey.

Mark Rohan said the recognition was a proud moment for the company.
