NEW YORK, 3rd February 2026 – Klearcom has been named a double Silver winner at the 20th annual Stevie® Awards for Sales and Customer Service, following the official announcement of winners. The Stevie® Awards recognize outstanding performance across sales, customer service and contact center operations worldwide, with winners determined by average scores from an international panel of judges.

Klearcom received Silver Stevie® Awards in the following categories:

Customer Service Department of the Year award – Telecommunications, awarded to the Klearcom Client Operations Department. In this category, Talkmobile won Gold, and 8x8 also earned Silver alongside Klearcom . Other finalists included AireSpring, CCI Global, Stratus Networks and Fusion Connect.

Achievement in Global Customer Service Excellence award, recognizing Klearcom’s continued commitment to delivering consistent, high quality customer service across global markets. In this category, Rapid7 won Gold, and Alorica and Contentful also earned Silver alongside Klearcom. 

These honors place Klearcom among the top performing organizations globally for customer service excellence in the telecommunications sector.
