Adam is a dedicated Account Executive with the Client Operations team at Klearcom. He lives in Waterford and studied at South East Technological University (SETU). At Klearcom, Adam's primary role involves building and maintaining robust client relationships, providing extensive support, troubleshooting issues, and training clients on Klearcom's SaaS platform.
Whether it be providing additional Call Detail Records (CDRs) for clients to raise issues or setting up tests to save time during migrations, Adam is always on hand to support clients and ensure they are reaping the benefits of the platform.
What do you do at Klearcom?
I am an Account Executive, part of the Client Operations team. Our main goal is to build and maintain strong relationships. We give our clients extensive support, whether it’s helping troubleshoot issues or training them on our platform.
What made you pick Client Operations as a career?
It was a chance to throw myself into a role that would take me out of my comfort zone. To do it in a tech company just made it the perfect fit.
What struck you as unique when you first joined Klearcom?
The problem that Klearcom solves for our customers. It would have never dawned on me before how many issues global companies experience with their numbers and Interactive Voice Response (IVRs) and how they can avoid these issues in the one platform. It still amazes me!What excites you about what you do?
It’s great logging in every morning to work with the great team that we have at Klearcom, with everyone from every department supporting each other. It’s also great to expand my knowledge everyday in the Telecoms world and share this knowledge with our amazing clients.
Could you walk us through your typical work week?
We as a team will always meet on a Monday to look at the week ahead. On a daily basis I review customer tests and share reports with clients. I meet with different customers each week and support those customers on day-to-day operations whether it be any additional training or generating some additional Call Detail Records (CDRs) to help resolve issues. I also work with our clients on their own projects, setting up testing to aid/speed up migrations.
What kind of projects do you work on at Klearcom?
I work closely with our Test Analyst (TA) Team to review and support ongoing testing. I'm constantly in communication with our Engineering Team to make customer requests integrate seamlessly into the platform. I will also support customers with some projects of their own, like any migrations, I will help in setting up pre & post migration testing.
What’s it like to do hybrid work at Klearcom?
The flexibility that Klearcom offers is great. It’s always nice to pop into the office to catch up with everyone but it also gives such a good work life balance.
How would you describe your team dynamic?
We have a great team. We will always support each other to help the company and our clients and have a laugh while doing it.

Everyone is so hard working, motivating and it's a very enjoyable experience.

The people we have are great. Everyone gets along really well. And also our clients. It’s great to meet and build relationships with people that go further than just “work”.
