What do you do at Klearcom?
I am the Head of the Web Development team. I oversee all web development projects, mentor team members, and ensure that our web solutions meet the highest standards of quality and functionality.
What made you pick Web Development as a career?
I've always been fascinated by technology and how it can be used to solve problems and make a positive impact. The creative problem-solving aspect of development and the ability to see my work come to life on the web really appealed to me.

Could you walk us through your typical work week?
My week typically involves a mix of strategic planning, project management, and hands-on development. I lead team meetings, review code, and ensure projects are on track. Currently, we’re working on a major revamp of our customer portal to enhance user experience.
What is an exciting challenge you’re currently facing?
We're currently working on a major overhaul of the Klearcom portal, introducing a new user interface and a more intuitive user experience. It's a complex project with many moving parts, but I'm excited about the positive impact it will have on our users.
How do you handle feedback and ensure continuous improvement?
We have a robust feedback loop that includes regular user testing. This helps us identify areas for improvement.
