What do you do at Klearcom?
I am the Country Manager at Klearcom. At Klearcom, I manage all operations related to the Indian office branch of the company and act as a liaison between our Indian and Irish offices.

I thrive on challenges, and the role of a Country Manager allows me to navigate complex situations and think strategically, much like a falcon in its focused approach. This position enables me to utilize my skills in leadership, problem-solving, and cross-cultural collaboration.
What struck you as unique when you first joined Klearcom?
When I first joined Klearcom, I was struck by the opportunity to witness and contribute to its registration under Indian law. I was excited to see us successfully register in India. Additionally, I faced the challenge of establishing a flawless process flow, which was a significant task.
What excites you about what you do?
Exploring new challenges and overcoming them rejuvenates me for the next day.
Could you walk us through your typical work week?
In my typical work week at Klearcom, I focus on ensuring hassle-free operations in India. This involves maintaining attendance records, preparing invoices for fund management, handling purchases, and tracking expenses. I also prepare Management Information System (MIS) reports for Klearcom's India office and then I send them to Ireland for decision-making purposes.
Additionally, I oversee recruitment to ensure it aligns with our requirements and maintain employee satisfaction. Compliance with the Indian Company Act is also a key responsibility.
What is an exciting challenge you’re currently facing?
Currently, we are in the process of automating our workflow, and I am eager to see this transformation take place.
What’s it like to have hybrid work at Klearcom?
I find the hybrid work concept appealing as it allows for a balance between personal and professional life. While fully remote work offers flexibility, it can sometimes lack the social interactions that office environments provide, which are valuable for building relationships.

Personally, I love experimentation, so yes, pineapple belongs on pizza. It adds a unique blend of sweet and savory Flavors that can enhance the overall taste experience. Pizza's versatility allows it to accommodate a wide range of flavors, making it a beloved dish for many people.

I enjoy exploring various cuisines, and while my favorite is Chinese, my top local and traditional dish is "Gujarati Dhokla." Made from gram flour blended with water, spices, and leavening agents, Dhokla offers a unique texture and tangy flavor. I particularly relish it with green chutney made from fresh coriander leaves, mint leaves, green chilies, and aromatic spices.
