What made you pick Development as a career?
My decision to pursue a career in System and Network Administration from a deep-seated passion for technology and problem-solving. From an early age, I was fascinated by how software , networks and systems work, which led me to pursue a Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Applications (PGDCA). During my studies, I discovered a strong interest in developing solutions that could make a real impact.
Working at Klearcom has allowed me to collaborate closely with the Engineering Team, where I can continuously learn and apply new technologies to solve complex challenges. The dynamic nature of development work, combined with the satisfaction of creating innovative solutions, reinforces my commitment to this career path every day.

Sure, at Klearcom, my typical work week is centered around the meticulous management and monitoring of server operations. I collaborate closely with the Engineering Team, engaging in tasks that demand scripting, troubleshooting, Security, and comprehensive reporting.
With oversight of more than 150 servers across diverse client environments, I am committed to vigilant monitoring and proactive client communication to swiftly address and mitigate any operational disruptions.
What is an exciting challenge you’re currently facing?
One exciting challenge I'm currently facing is implementing a robust automated monitoring and alert system for our extensive server infrastructure at Klearcom. With over 150 servers to manage, the goal is to enhance our ability to proactively detect and resolve issues before they impact our clients.
This involves developing custom scripts, integrating advanced monitoring tools, and working closely with the Engineering Team to ensure seamless deployment. The complexity and scale of this project make it both demanding and incredibly rewarding.
How do you handle feedback and ensure continuous improvement?
Handling feedback and ensuring continuous improvement for the Klearcom portal and its products involves a multi-faceted approach:
I actively gather feedback from various stakeholders, including clients, development teams, and end-users. This is done through regular meetings, surveys, and direct communication channels.
Once feedback is collected, I analyze it to identify common themes and prioritize issues based on their impact and urgency. This helps in focusing on areas that require immediate attention and improvement.
I work closely with the Engineering Team to address the identified issues. This involves creating detailed reports, developing action plans, and implementing solutions. We use agile methodologies to ensure quick iterations and continuous improvements.
For continuous improvement, especially during discovery and regression testing phases, I ensure that rigorous testing procedures are in place. Automated and manual tests are conducted to validate changes and ensure that new features or fixes do not introduce new issues. After implementing changes, I continuously monitor the portal and its products to evaluate the effectiveness of the improvements. This involves using monitoring tools, analyzing performance metrics, and gathering additional feedback to ensure that the desired outcomes are achieved.
I stay updated with industry best practices and emerging technologies to incorporate innovative solutions into our processes. Continuous learning helps in adapting to new challenges and maintaining the highest standards of quality and performance for the Klearcom portal and its products.
