Aditya Vikram Jaiswal is the Head of the Engineering & Support department at Klearcom, where he plays a crucial role in ensuring seamless coordination between the Client Operations, Test Analyst Team, Engineering Team, and Management.
Based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, Aditya brings over 25 years of experience in the IT industry to his position. Born and raised in Kolkata, West Bengal, he completed his basic education and a commerce degree there before pursuing an Advanced Diploma in Software Engineering and an MBA in IT from Ahmedabad.

What struck you as unique when you first joined Klearcom?
When I first joined Klearcom, I was immediately struck by the uniqueness of the business model, which stood out in comparison to what I had encountered before. The technical domain was also a bit different, offering a new and exciting challenge. What truly impressed me, however, was the level of trust between the department heads, which created an environment of mutual respect and collaboration.
Additionally, the freedom I was given to create and nurture a new team was unlike anything I had experienced before, allowing me to contribute in a meaningful and impactful way right from the start.
What excites you about what you do?
The sense that every process I define and every development I implement contributes directly to the company's growth is incredibly rewarding.
Could you walk us through your typical work week?
A typical work week at Klearcom involves a blend of strategic planning, design, and execution to ensure the optimal performance, security, and reliability of our call systems. I start by reviewing the progress of both the Test Analyst and Engineering teams, ensuring that our objectives are being met efficiently.
I also engage in discussions about future roadmaps with the Engineering team to align our long-term goals. Evaluating the performance of customer numbers with the Client Operations and Test Analyst team members is a key focus, ensuring that we maintain high standards of service.
Additionally, I address any issues that arise between team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. Analyzing the performance of each department is crucial to identifying areas for improvement and ensuring that our teams are consistently delivering top-quality results.
What is an exciting challenge you’re currently facing?
Every day brings a new challenge hence there is not a specific one to point out.
What’s it like to have hybrid work at Klearcom?
Some processes are 24*7 365 so working from home allows me as a head of department to keep an eye on the team and platform performance from the time I wake up and until I go to sleep.
How would you describe your team dynamic?
Collaboration is seamless, communication is transparent and effective, and teams are empowered to set future goals and work towards them independently. I’m pleased to see a high level of ownership among team members, which is essential for maintaining a productive and sustainable work-from-home environment.
How would you describe the culture at Klearcom?
A very well-balanced environment where efficient and timely delivery is of utmost important but at the same time work and social life balance is also considered as very important.
