What do you do at Klearcom?
My responsibilities include overseeing the technical architecture, managing user flow, ensuring server security, and maintaining security compliance.
What made you pick development as a career?
I've been passionate about coding since I was in school. I created my first website in 1998 and pursued a Master’s in IT after finishing school. In 2006-2007, I began learning the latest technology at the time, Ruby on Rails. This led to job offers through my blog and LinkedIn profile. It all happened naturally out of my passion, and that's how I got into development.
What struck you as unique when you first joined Klearcom?
The strong sense of teamwork, the positive work environment, and the support from all team members, including management.
What excites you about what you do?
Overcoming the challenges we face regularly, implementing processes for smoother operations, and continuously learning to meet the company's needs.
Could you walk us through your typical work week?
My typical work week includes daily team meetings to review progress, followed by working on technical specifications for new features. I also focus on server security and compliance, participate in calls with clients to understand the technical aspects of their requirements and provide solutions, and troubleshoot issues, particularly those related to servers.
What is an exciting challenge you’re currently facing?
Challenges are a natural part of the work, and while there isn’t a specific challenge we're facing right now, one area we're currently focusing on is improving the performance of the entire application.
How do you handle feedback and ensure continuous improvement?
We actively seek feedback from all our customers, which helps us generate ideas. Once we receive feedback or a feature request, we analyze it and brainstorm with all stakeholders. If it's beneficial for the majority of our customers, we incorporate it into our products.What’s it like to have hybrid work at Klearcom?

Everything—the people, the culture, and the environment. I’ve never felt that I was assigned something that wasn’t meant for me. I’ve embraced all the challenges given to me and delivered successfully.

Yes, it does! I love pineapple on pizza, especially with a tangy sauce. It adds so much flavor.

While I enjoy various cuisines, my favorite local dish is “Khandvi.” It’s a very popular dish in Gujarat, consisting of tightly rolled bite-sized pieces primarily made of gram flour and yogurt.
