Waterford, Ireland – October 2025 – Klearcom has been recognized with two prestigious honors at the 6th Annual Customer Centricity World Series Awards, securing the the Regional North American Award for CX Solution of the Year and the Regional European Award for Best Customer Experience Team.
The world’s most customer-centric companies were crowned at The Creekside Hotel in Dubai. The event, hosted by ARCET Global, celebrated its 6th year, which brought together organizations from around the world that are redefining excellence in customer and employee experience.
This year’s program received over 211 entries from 92 companies across 32 countries, cementing its position as a truly global showcase of customer experience best practice. After a rigorous shortlisting process, 152 finalist entries were evaluated by a panel of 150+ independent expert judges.
These awards recognize Klearcom’s outstanding achievements in both people and technology. The Best Customer Experience Team – Europe category celebrates the strength of Klearcom’s collaborative, customer first approach, driven by a global CX team that ensures enterprise clients achieve reliability, efficiency, and measurable performance improvements across their operations.
The CX Solution of the Year North America award honors Klearcom’s innovative AI-driven SaaS platform, which enables global organizations to test and optimize their Interactive Voice Response (IVR) systems in real time. By combining artificial intelligence, analytics, and automation, Klearcom helps enterprises deliver seamless, consistent, and cost-effective customer interactions across multiple countries and carriers.
