Klearcom was honored last week with the Best Customer Self-Service Project award, receiving both the World Series and Regional Winner titles at the 5th Edition of the Customer Centricity World Series Awards.
The world’s most customer-centric companies were celebrated at the awards event, held at the Mövenpick Hotel in Amsterdam. The award 'Best Customer Self-Service Project' applauds Klearcom's non-intrusive user-friendly SaaS platform, its continuous improvement efforts based on customer feedback and usage analytics, and its integration of AI-driven technologies.
Organized by ARCET Global, this 5th annual event highlights companies excelling in delivering superior customer and employee experiences. This year, the program received over 180 entries from 76 companies across 23 countries, underscoring its reputation as a global showcase for customer experience best practices. Following a rigorous shortlisting process, 130 finalists were evaluated by more than 150 independent expert judges.
Expressing his gratitude, Klearcom's co-founder and Chief Technology Officer, Satish Barot, stated, "This award highlights the impact of Klearcom's commitment to continuous improvement of the customer experience. Integrating AI-driven technologies ensures that our platform not only meets but exceeds the evolving needs of our clients in delivering exceptional customer service."
With Klearcom's AI-driven platform, global companies can optimize and test their Interactive Voice Response (IVR) systems in real time, allowing them to handle high call volumes efficiently and deliver seamless customer experiences. Klearcom's technology empowers businesses to maintain robust customer support while managing operational costs—a critical need for companies worldwide, especially those with tight budgets.
“It’s incredible to celebrate the 5th Edition of this program, which highlights the world’s most customer-centric organizations. When we launched this initiative, we couldn’t have imagined the global impact these stories would have. Reaching this milestone is truly exceptional. Congratulations to all the winners, and our sincere thanks to the independent judges for their time and dedication, ensuring the awards maintain their rigor and fairness,” said Mark Hamill, CEO of ARCET Global.

About the Awards
The Customer Centricity World Series is the premier gathering for customer-centric organizations from around the world. Now in its fifth year, the awards celebrate not only global winners but also regional winners from North America, Europe, the Middle East & North Africa, Latin America, and the Asia-Pacific region. The program is designed to showcase the very best in customer experience achievements.
All ARCET Global awards are certified by the Customer Institute, with their scoring model endorsed by the Business School at the University of Dundee in the UK.
