I chose engineering as a career because of my passion for creating solutions that solve real world problems and my interest in technology's ability to innovate and improve lives.

What struck you as unique when you first joined Klearcom?
The reason I joined Klearcom was that I was captivated by the rapid strides the company had made in such a short period.
It became clear to me that the company's goals and vision are well-defined and focused, which fascinated me and then the first unique thing that struck to me was the team bonding and the transparency between cross-department teams.

I find great excitement in the opportunity to innovate for my customers by solving their pain points with easy solutions. Collaborating with my talented team to drive impactful solutions, understanding diverse personas, facing competitive challenges, and making a meaningful difference are all aspects that I love about my job.

As a Product Manager at Klearcom, I typically oversee projects that involve enhancing roadmaps, drafting stories, development progress, deployments, and timelines. Throughout the week, I engage in planning sessions, strategy meetings, and hands-on problem-solving to ensure we meet our deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
It's a blend of strategic thinking, creative problem-solving, and team collaboration that keeps each week both challenging and rewarding.
What is an exciting challenge you’re currently facing?
Currently, I'm excited about revamping the UI/UX of our application. Our focus is on enhancing data representation to make it visually compelling while also optimizing the application's speed performance. It's a challenging yet rewarding project that aims to elevate user experience to new heights.
How do you handle feedback and ensure continuous improvement?
I approach each feedback as a critical driver for the continuous improvement of the Klearcom portal and its products. While developing any test type, I believe in maintaining transparency and collaboration with stakeholders, enabling us to prioritize effectively and deliver meaningful updates that align with user needs and expectations.

Working in a hybrid/fully remote setup at Klearcom gives me the flexibility to manage my schedule and collaborate effectively with my team through virtual meetings and tools.
