I chose development as a career because it combines my passion for problem-solving, creativity, and continuous learning into a field where I can make a real impact.
What struck you as unique when you first joined Klearcom?
I found Klearcom's products unique as I never worked before in the IVR domain.What excites you about what you do?
What excites me about what I do is the thrill of solving complex problems and the satisfaction of creating something impactful. The main excitement is that the product which I working for is in use by some of the world’s top companies like Pfizer and Danfoss.
Could you walk us through your typical work week?
My typical work week is about implementing SSO features on Klearcom's client portal. It was a new feature which I had worked with in the past. At Klearcom I work on almost every feature of the client and admin portal. Below is the list of some of these features:
- Login with SSO
- Send an Alert with ZOHO, Hubspot, JIRA, Zendesk and salesforce.
- User role feature
- RIVR, FAX, Auto Discovery and Auto RIVR
What is an exciting challenge you’re currently facing?
The current exciting challenge is we are splitting the front-end and back-end parts of the portal which will boost its speed.
How do you handle feedback and ensure continuous improvement?
I analyze feedback carefully to find areas where we can make enhancements. By prioritizing these changes based on their impact and feasibility, we ensure that the portal evolves to meet the needs of our users effectively and provides an excellent experience.
