Watching the US Office. By the way, Kevin is an underrated character.

What struck me as unique when I first joined Klearcom was their visionary approach and the opportunities they offered for growth and development. Additionally, I was impressed by their unique product offerings. Klearcom stands out globally as the sole company capable of accurately replicating the customer experience from the Toll-Free Number leg (TFN) through the IVR (DTMF & Speech) all the way to the end agent, using a single test SaaS platform. What excites you about what you do?
What excites me about my role is the opportunity to travel and meet new people. I'm particularly thrilled by the fact that the company has sent me to Manchester twice and on a business trip to Las Vegas, which was my first time visiting the US.
Could you walk us through your typical work week?
Sure! Typically, my work week involves a mix of activities focused on developing and implementing prospect strategies with the sales team. This includes meetings with the Head of Sales to strategize, engaging with Fortune 500 organizations to create new sales opportunities, monitoring team campaigns, providing feedback, and participating in peer coaching and onboarding sessions.
Additionally, I allocate time for client meetings, follow-ups, and administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations and effective communication across the team. Outside of work discussions, there's also an ongoing debate in the office about which flavor of Monster energy drink is the best! Got to be the Ultra Golden Pineapple for me.

Does pineapple belong on pizza? (look away now Italians)
That’s a no go. Stick to the classic ingredients: tomatoes, cheese, meats. It’s like asking if Wayne Rooney should be wearing a Manchester City jersey - it’s just not right.
