What made you pick Test Analyst as a career?

 An inherent curiosity about how software and systems work, and a desire to ensure they function correctly .Enjoyment in solving complex problems and troubleshooting issues. A keen eye for detail and the ability to identify discrepancies and bugs in software.

What struck you as unique when you first joined Klearcom?

I enjoy the opportunity to lead a team of skilled professionals, guiding them through challenges and helping them grow in their roles. Providing mentorship and support to team members, and seeing their progress and success, is highly rewarding.

The challenge of diagnosing and resolving complex connectivity issues keeps the work intellectually stimulating. Knowing that our work directly contributes to a positive customer experience and reliable connectivity is highly motivating.

Could you walk us through your typical work week? 

As a Test Analyst and Shift Lead at Klearcom, I handle both testing activities and leadership tasks. My responsibilities include organizing and prioritizing shift tasks, supervising team members, and providing support and training. I monitor testing progress, document results, and report findings to stakeholders, ensuring prompt communication of critical issues. I maintain testing standards for high-quality outcomes and smooth shift transitions.

I also monitor GSM and fixed-line networks to ensure connectivity and performance, identifying and diagnosing issues. I track key performance indicators and analyze data for trends. For troubleshooting, I escalate significant issues and coordinate with engineers and technicians for resolution.

What’s it like to have hybrid work at Klearcom?

Working in a hybrid or fully remote setup at Klearcom comes with its own set of benefits and unique experiences. Many employees find that remote work environments can lead to increased productivity due to fewer distractions and a more personalized workspace.

Many people enjoy the sweet and savory combination of pineapple with ham or bacon on a pizza, often referred to as "Hawaiian pizza."
